After years of navigating high-pressure roles, stress, and personal burnout, I turned to mindfulness not as a trend, but as a lifeline.

Over time, I’ve not only transformed my own life using mindful practices, meditation and breathwork - I’ve studied, applied, and now teach these tools to others in ways that are practical, flexible, and deeply human.

With experience managing busy teams, working in high-stakes environments, juggling career and motherhood, and guiding others through career and life transitions, I understand the reality of what you’re facing. And, I have built a method that can support you through it with simplicity and intention.

    Get support between sessions.

    You will receive a summary of our session via email as well as helpful prompts, breathwork exercises and practical guidance to support you between sessions.

    As a certified Mindfulness facilitator, I can guide you through breathwork practices and aid in developing rituals and practices to help ground you, develop greater self-awareness, enhance your ability to cope with emotions and challenging situations and become more aware of the present moment.

    Through wellness coaching, I can assist by setting down foundations which can enhance your overall wellbeign. Diving into your own special needs, I can help you with healthy habits, work on your personal goals, provide resources to promote wellness initiatives and act as a bridge between myself and any expert resources in various fields.

    With studies in Human resources advisory and years coaching and developing teams, I can assist by providing career advice and supporting you through developmental goals. Together, we can evaluate your strengths, gaps in training, and redirect your career if you are in need of a change. I offer mindfulness tools and rituals to get you through workdays and help you set boundaries, control the chaos and prioritise your wellbeing.
