After years of navigating high-pressure roles, stress, and personal burnout, I turned to mindfulness not as a trend, but as a lifeline.

Over time, I’ve not only transformed my own life using mindful practices, meditation and breathwork - I’ve studied, applied, and now teach these tools to others in ways that are practical, flexible, and deeply human.

With experience managing busy teams, working in high-stakes environments, juggling career and motherhood, and guiding others through career and life transitions, I understand the reality of what you’re facing.     Begin your mindfulness or Career coaching.

    If you choose to continue, we’ll schedule ongoing sessions via Microsoft Teams at a frequency that suits you.

  • GET SUPPORT

    Get support between sessions.

    You will receive a summary of our session via email as well as helpful prompts, breathwork exercises and practical guidance to support you between sessions.
